Why not take a snow hike on skis or snowshoes through the Shirakami Mountains and Akaishi Keiryu Line in winter?
At Shirakami Nature School, both are available for a fee. Advance reservations are required.

Items for rent

  • Snow hike ski：1 day / 7,500 yen per person
  • Snowshoe：1 day / 7,500 yen per person

*Both come with stock, and adjustments will be made by the staff in charge. It’s okay to wear winter shoes.
